Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and another when it ships.

Destinations. We ship within the United States only.

Delivery times and costs. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. Costs are shown at checkout. Times are estimates; carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect delivery.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking, emailed when it is dispatched.

Damaged or lost parcels. If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived 10 days after the estimated delivery date, email [contact@eygal.com] and we'll work with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect address. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll help where we can.
