How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
What if my vase arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a refund.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are the colours exactly as in the photos?
We do our best, but screens vary. Handmade items may differ slightly in shape or finish.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped, we'll change or cancel it.
